Partner & Creative Director

role summary:

Co‑founder, brand architect, and creative director for Staten Island’s first all‑in‑one technical training brand. I coined the name Son of a Pitch to spotlight the life‑lessons and relationships that blossom from time spent on the field; the crest’s blooming flower and the color palette both nod to clubs that shaped my journey. I built and now maintain the company website, oversee all digital storytelling, and manage the physical brand experience inside the SOAP Technical Training Center.

  • Built and manage sonofapitchfc.com, including ecommerce, booking, and SEO

  • Produced live and post‑game media for the UPSL men’s team and Staten Island High‑School All‑Star Games

  • Led multi‑platform promo campaigns for original tournaments:
    TLC Futsal Classic (40+ clubs across tri‑state)
    Summer Sizzle 7v7 (20+ local clubs; mid‑summer showcase)
    SOAP Super Draft — first co‑ed futsal tournament where players registered individually and were drafted live on Instagram; focus on street‑style freedom and creative expression
    Hawk City 3v3 — partnership with Staten Island Ferryhawks; 160+ players competing on the outfield grass with every team receiving baseball game tickets

  • Grew brand presence via daily reels, livestream training sessions, and player‑feature content

Print & Physical

  • Designed the primary and alternate marks, type system, color palette, and full brand guidelines

  • Produced all facility signage, wall murals, and tournament/event banners

  • Created every piece of SOAP apparel—from training kits to retail drops—managing vendors and production timelines

Co-founded a non-profit foundation aimed at addressing pay-to-play barriers in youth soccer by offering accessible programming and community-driven events. Led the foundation’s creative direction while actively supporting event operations and outreach.
